After reviewing almost two hundred companies that claimed, in one way or another, to be a social network, we came away impressed with how many of them are thriving in Facebook's shadow. We found a significant number of companies that have found millions of users with small amounts of money. Check out Tuenti, deviantArt, GoodReads, Mendeley and Touch Local as examples of capital efficient companies. |
